The Food Lounge is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was established in 2021. Seeing the number of people that aren’t able to sustain themselves and have food insecurity, especially now during the pandemic, we started this group to reach the goal of reducing the amount of food wasted in this country and also distributing food freely to families and people that are in need of it.
We believe that working together as a community is the key to our goal of making a big impact on society.
We routinely organize volunteering work at local food pantries and soup kitchens.
