Ashley Yan

Ashley Yan is a student at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. She is a member of her school’s Debate and Ethics Bowl teams, where she has found many opportunities to question, listen, and see familiar ideas in new ways.

Ashley is also an athlete who competes on her school’s varsity track and cross country teams. Outside of school, she enjoys singing and writing, and she values opportunities to connect with her community and learn from others. Through The Food Lounge, Ashley hopes to give back and create a positive impact on her community.
