Elizabeth Shen

Elizabeth is a sophomore at Green Hope high school. She enjoys writing, horse riding, and baking in her free time. As VP of The Food Lounge, Elizabeth has coordinated a fundraising with GotSneakers. She is currently chair of a committee focused on fundraising for the Wake County Child and Nutrition Services. She is a Scholastic medalist and finalist in the Thermofisher Young Inventor competition where she was awarded 10k dollars. She is an active attorney as a part of the Capital Area Teen Court program where she helps teenage offenders have a second chance. In the future, she hopes to be able to dedicate more time to being to help and serve the future both through community service and as a lawyer.
