He loves to help support his community in various ways. Being an active member of Boy Scouts of America during his middle school years, he helped with many community services such as building canopies for local departments and volunteering for Formula 1 car racing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he programmed 3d printers to produce over 100 face covers for healthcare workers to protect them from the virus. Now, Justin hopes to continue aiding the community in The Food Lounge, to keep helping the people in need.

In school, Justin is passionate about many subjects in the STEM area, such as math, science, and computer science. He has been in the middle school Mathcount team and won several regional awards, and continues his journey as a math club member in high school. He also loves computer science and is an experienced Python programmer. Currently, he joins programming contests such as USACO (coding Olympiad) and is aiming to progress even further.

Justin is an aspiring flutist since a 3rd grader. He has played in Austin youth Orchestra, middle school all-region band, as well as solo in several local community events. He is now a member of the high school marching band and participates in the performance during many school events regularly.

Justin likes traveling. He has traveled to different continents including Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. Being able to experience cultures from all over the world is fun and exciting, as well as thought-provoking to learn about the countless fascinating and unique worlds we all are a part of. He is an experienced hiker and has learned many outdoors survival skills such as camping, cooking, and shooting.
