Matthew Kuo

Matthew is a sophomore at Jasper High School who is passionate about serving his community. Through his work with The Food Lounge, he has found great fulfillment in helping individuals and families in need. Outside of volunteering, Matthew has a deep appreciation for music and has played piano for many years, receiving numerous awards, such as a state finalist. Alongside music, he is also passionate about scientific research. His commitment has earned him top honors at various science fairs, including recognition as a Top 30 Finalist in the national Thermo Fisher JIC competition and a grand prize in PISD. In his free time, Matthew enjoys playing video games, editing videos, biking, spending time with friends, and traveling to see the world. He looks forward to continuing to dedicate his time and effort to The Food Lounge and make a meaningful impact in the community.
